It would be nice to share a dedicated URL where folks could subscribe for job alerts. This way, from LinkedIn or Twitter you could easily say "Want the latest jobs in your inbox? Subscribe here." and go directly to the simple page/form to subscribe. Right now, you'd have to tell people to go to your board and find the subscribe option.
