This week's update includes new functionality to allow those of you using our backfill functionality to merge this separate section back in with the regular jobs, in a unified seamless blend of posted and backfilled jobs.
To enable this feature, head over to your admin panel, under the "Backfill" page and check the "Merge" option.
We revamped the "Sitemap" page into a new, all encompassing "Indexing" page.
To speed up your job board pages and jobs indexing, you can now directly connect to your Google Search Console and submit your sitemap in just a few clicks!
In addition, for Ultimate plan customers, we've added the long requested support for Google's real-time jobs API: this feature will automatically push new jobs to Google Jobs in real-time so they can be indexed and featured in the shortest amount of time possible.
Today, we've added a simple but long-requested feature: custom links in your job board footer.
You'll be able to create them in your dashboard, under "Manage board" > "Navigation" > "Footer" and they'll appear as a new links section in your job board's footer.
Today we're happy to announce we've finally deployed a revamp of the "Talent pool" feature, with a brand-new landing page to market it to employers, and self-checkout payment processing options allowing you to sell direct access to your job seeker profiles!
This feature is available immediately to all Business customers, and accessible in your admin panel, under the new "Talent pool" section
We've completely revamped and rebuilt the XML import feature from scratch.
Which means less bugs, more stability and smoother imports for you!
We've added a new feature to automatically display related jobs on each job page, helping job seekers navigate your job board's offering and keeping them engaged and active! This section displays right below your job description box.
Here's what it looks like:
We've also redesigned the job application form for native applications. It now shows in a popup (pictured below)
We've deployed a couple of features and fixes this Friday:
- Added a captcha field for employer signup and job seeker signup pages to prevent spam accounts from signing up.
- Added a new "expiration date" field for coupons, to allow for automatic expiration of temporary promotions
- Updated the employer profile page to allow for password changes.
- Fixed a bug in multi-level indentation formatting for job posts
We've added a couple more email notifications to employers and job seekers to improve communication and status awareness:
- New welcome email upon account creation for employers and job seekers to confirm successful profile creation.
- Email employers once they've successfully submitted a new job. This email is declined in two templates: one for successful job posts and another for pending jobs.
We are happy to announce we've just launched a "Custom fields" feature for jobs, allowing you to extend the job posting form with your own custom fields.
Jobs custom fields can be set in the admin panel, under "Manage board" > "Jobs" > "Posting". There, you'll see a new "Custom fields" section.
Jobs custom fields will be displayed on the
post a job form, as well as the
job page, below the location / category / job type section.

Today, we deployed a much needed revamp of the UI for pricing plan, upsells and coupons in your admin panel.
Previously, all plans were open by default and it required a lot of scrolling to get a sense of what plans/upsells had been created.
Now, all plans are displayed in a collapsible "Card" view, allowing for quick edits and better overview of existing plans.
Hope you enjoy it!
