In Japan, global companies often request candidates to submit 2 resumes when they apply (1 in English and 1 in the local language) especially when they hire bilinguals.
To language the Japanese version of our job board, we need candidates to be able to display one more resume on their profile and indicate the language of that resume:
Example:
  • 1 Resume in English 🇬🇧
  • 1 Resume in another language (🇯🇵 - country drop down)
If the admin of the job board can specify the language of the resume from the control panel, it would be great.
  • 1 extra document (for when candidates want to share more references like design portfolio or other documents they want to share)
Having this on the site will be critical for us if we want to launch the Japanese website as most clients look for bilinguals and ask for 2 resumes minimum (English and Japanese).
