When the candidate signs in and fills out the application form to apply for a role, they cannot actually see all the fields and data that is about to be sent to the employer when they apply.
On the first screenshot attached, you can see the form the candidate is filling out but on the second screenshot, you can see a lot more information has been actually sent (shared) to the employer without the consent of the candidate.
Certain fields are stored in the candidate profile but it is still important for the candidate to preview every fields and data that is about to be shared with the employer (so that they can confirm they are okay to apply and share that data).
For example, in this particular case, the candidate sent the following profile information without confirming (GDPR issue).
  • Job Title
  • Current employer
  • Languages level
  • Visa Status
  • Senority - Work experience level
  • Country of residence
If the systems sends data without the candidate knowing, some candidates will complain.
