This is supported. Under "Manage board" > "Jobs" > "Applying"

Olivier Breton This option isn't available to employers, is it? I don't know what questions to add in because all businesses are differn't. Maybe I am missing something. In addition jobs may require different questions so these would need to be set at the time of job creation.

Yes, I think this is an essential feature to have. 50% of the major job boards in my country has this feature. I have an employer directly asking for this feature as well. Thank you.
