In the options, there is already the ability for the admin to feature an individual profile in the talent pool, but there is no ability for a user to choose to pay to have their profile featured in the talent pool.

This is a massive revenue opportunity for the operators of job boards that is untapped!

Please would you add a feature soon that enables talent to pay for their profile to be highlighted in the talent pool. I can imagine lots of talent being willing to pay $5-$10 a month or more to be featured on our job board!
